'La Palmetta' comes from clay laden and limestone soils, bio dynamically farmed, and harvested by hand. A great amount of care goes into displaying its palette of white peach, wildflowers, and seashell. We recommend pairing this with seared ahi tuna steaks on a bed of mushroom risotto.
