A masterclass in platinum openwork is laid out around a central Ceylon blue sapphire all fine millegrain swirls and chunky old cut diamonds (around 2 carats in total). Very classically Art Deco in style, it was hand made in England circa 1920, clearly by a jeweller at the very top of their game.
