Burly Napa Valley Chardonnay, 2013 cooking and a deceptively easy-flowing flavorThis is 100% Chardonnay from Napa Valley. Fermented in 100% new American oak from Minnesota, this wine is not shy in its oak influenced flavor profile. It has notes of lemon meringue, cooked peach, and Belgian waffle and a scrumptious texture. We would have it with sweet potato or pumpkin gnocchi with a sage brown butter sauce.
