Junior Mints Theater Sized Candy All Candy/Brach's Candy/Brach's Butter Toffee You'd easily bypass the chocolateJunior Mints were created in the 1940's by the James Welch Company, manufacturers of iconic American candies such as Welch's Fudge and those delicious chocolate enrobed caramels known as Sugar Babies.
