Stevnsberry CRYO is a no water melomel taken up a notch, with its fruit portion freeze concentrated to capture a remarkable depth of cherry character. From there, it spent 10 months resting in a barrel that previously held Heaven Hill bourbon, developing layers of caramel, bourbon and oak while preserving its vibrancy and fresh fruit profile. The result is a deeply
