Extremely long and careful aging in a mixture of thoroughly used Russian, French and Austrian oak barrels ranging in size from 300L to 1350L. Approx 300 g L of RS. Bottled in 2025. Deep browny ochre at the rim and mahogany at the core. A bit like the colour of coffee but not as dark.
