This does not happen with the racked Conical Tubes (SKU 352099). These tubes appear to be broken during initial packaging. We suggest inspecting the tubes for any cracks before use. If you find your Tubes to be cracked or broken, do not use. Please take photos and send them along with an explanation to Customer.
