Champagne Pinot-Chevauchet 'Distinguée' Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru Pierry, N/V Cerceal Branco and earthyThis wine is 100% Chardonnay, sourced from the Premier Cru of Pierry. Soils are thick clay marl reminiscent of the Ctes des Blancs, and result in a wine that has that refreshing chalky oyster shell minerality, with a broad fruitiness as well. In addition to the incredible terroir, this wine is aged for a whopping 7 years on its lees.
