It can handle food up to 10" wide by 6" high and is made with a poly v belt drive system that extends belt life while providing optimal slicing results. Additionally, the slicer is made with a one speed 1 2 HP knife drive motor to ease slicing and has a no volt release. Simple to use, the commercial
