ONABAY Vineyards Blanc de Blanc Brut, 2024 slovenian red it’s always Happy HourThis wine is made from 100% Chardonnay from the North Fork of Long Island in Mattituck, NY. We would pair it with a fried cod sandwich, sitting on a bay. All hand harvested grapes fermented in stainless steel. It is produced according to the traditional method of sparkling wine production, which incorporates a secondary fermentation in bottle. The wine is zippy and fresh with notes of lemon zest and toasted almonds.
