Domaine Carrette Mâcon Solutré-Pouilly, 2024 apertif From the moment the agaveThis is 100% Chardonnay from the commune of Solutr Pouilly in the Mcon of Southern Burdundy. The grapes are sourced from a small half hectare plot on a hill of deep clay and limestone soil. It undergoes a slow, cold fermentation and spontaneous malolactic conversion, before being aged in stainless steel for 6 months on its lees. It is freshly bottled next spring.
