The level of oak it sees as well as the full malolactic conversion it goes through make it a perfect stand in for your current favorite full bodied chardonnay. Pair with Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan or Honey Dijon Pork Tenderloin. This wine is made at the Mullineux Winery, but is the private label of the vineyard and winery workers.
