Domaine Frantz Chagnoleau 'Clos Saint-Pancras' Mâcon-Villages, 2024 daybreaker and Garnacha Blanca from Spain100% organic Chardonnay from a single vineyard site near Vir in the Mcon of southern Burgundy. The 30 year old vines are situated on a high altitude site that experiences constant winds, keeping the vines cool to help them build acidity and stave off mold and mildew pressure. The limestone soils also contribute to the wines sharpness. This classic expression of French Chardonnay is aged in older foudre, to achieve texture and roundness that is not as
