All de stemmed, this wine sees only large neutral barrel and displays a most pleasant nearly gulpable freshness of fruit that accompanies countless dishes. We love this with a light chill alongside grilled vegetables, roasted pork, or a pasta rice dish with fresh herbs, garlic, lemon, and sweet sausage. Get in there this is delicious.
