Domaine la Manarine Côtes-du-Rhône Rouge, 2023 barrel the wine is slightly bubbly100% Grenache from younger vines in the Manarine estate. Its a spice driven, full bodied wine with a sweet herbaceousness to underline the deep red berry fruit we love from Grenache. Organic farming and minimal intervention in the cellar. The grapes are destemmed prior to fermentation, and the wine is bottled without filtration after almost 2 years of elevage. Pair it with grilled eggplant and a garlicky sumac labneh.
