A classic styled Premier Cru from Nui Saint Georges, with no whole cluster and a small amount of new oak, this wine is deep in flavor and elegance. Raspberry, rose petal, oak, and mushroom abound on the palette. Continue to cellar or pair with Coq au Vin, or a chicken parm grinder.
