This snail is beautifully crafted in 18 karat gold and platinum with diamonds totalling around half a carat (F-VVS)

although given what had gone down in the preceding decades I can see why he changed it

it's been worn alongside another ring so there's a groove along one edge where the rings have rubbed

It's very finely made with alternating infinity knots and diamonds, and has a great length of 29 inches. It's crafted in 18ct gold and platinum, reminiscent of the "Diamonds by the Yard" design by Tiffany.
