Bernabeleva 'Navaherreros' Blanco Vinos de Madrid, 2017 etna A double IPA with luxuriantNavaherreros Blanco is made from Albillo and Macabeo, the predominant white grape varieties in the area, spontaneously fermented and is bottled unfiltered. The vines are between 30 and 85 years old, and are harvested manually. Notes of peach and apricot with a whiff of white flowers, it has a bit of pleasant bitterness in the finish from the time on the lees. A perfect pairing with Glazed Pork Loin, or rich white fish dishes.
