Art Deco 18k Gold & Platinum Curb Link Necklace necklace Aquamarine & PearlDATE: Art Deco, c. 1920 An exceptional mixed metal Art Deco chain comprising alternating sections of platinum and 18k yellow gold curb links. Its initial purpose was a pocket watch chain hence the T bar, swivel clasp, and bolt ring clasp however, fortuitously, it's 15 inch length is ideal for wear as a choker length necklace. It's great quality, the high karat gold and platinum giving it a substantial feel, and dates from the 1920s. Such examples in
