Art Nouveau Gold Pendant Sapphire Pearl c. 1910 bristol glass jewelry it tests as 18 karatA blossom caught mid bloom, this exquisite pendant captures the tender motion of nature itself; the curving stems, the swelling buds, the luminous sheen of a petal catching the light. In the golden age of Art Nouveau, jewelry was poetry. Here, that poetry is shaped in sinuous gold, with a tiny sapphire like a dewdrop clinging to the curling vine, and two pearls, one nestled above, and one suspended like a raindrop below. Handcrafted in about 1910,
