Gorgeously handmade in France, circa 1890, each section of the wing is individually detailed, each side featuring layered silver "feathers" set with the gorgeous combination of stones. A ruby is placed in the centre of the wings, with an articulated diamond and pearl drop, backed in 18k yellow gold with
