Le Machin, Pinot Noir, California, 750mL Pais the whisky has an aromaLight to medium bodied, red fruited with a nose of dark cherry, black tea and subtle spice. The palate has notes of brandied cherry and savory herbs. Hand harvested, 95% destemmed and 5% whole crushed to 1. 5 ton open top fermenters with no SO2 added and a 3 day cold soak.
