The press having an upper frame with a large turned wooden screw with a turning handle that operates a platform to apply pressure to the press, the top of the turned screw with an acorn finial. The base of the press with a singe drawer with two bun shaped handles, the book press is raised on four square legs. The press is indistinctly signed on
