226 - RATIO - N - Pump House/Boiler House installed from the 1920's upThis versatile building would contain a boiler to provide steam either for a pump raising water or to generate electricity for a small factory. Sometimes a short siding was provided alongside for coal deliveries. Kit includes the main building, brick chimney, water tank and outbuilding. Supplied with some pre coloured parts, painting and or weathering can add realism; glue is required to complete this model. Footprint 95mm x 65mm
