Monteforche Lo Sfuso di Collina Cabernet Franc, 750ML, Italy Sancerre Touriga NacionalThis is a blend of mostly Cabernet Franc with a number of heirloom varietals from younger organic, dry farmed vines planted on volcanic soil in Colli Euganei, in the hills just south of Padua. This spends a couple of weeks on skins before aging in cement for around a year before getting bottled unfiltered with almost no sulfur added. It's bottled under a crown cap and might be a little spritzy when you first open it, but this isn't a sparkling. Light
