this outstanding whiskey is made from Estate grown barley that is traditionally floor-malted & smoked in our on-site Malthouse with imported peat from Scotland for approximately 16 hours prior to distillation
we fill them with Oloroso and they stay here two or three years before they take them to Ireland to use them for the aging of their whisky
with hints of flowers and garrigue
