The wine was fermented on the skins (half as whole cluster) for 4 5 week and the resulting wine was aged in oak barrels, 30% new, for 15 months. Winemaker's Notes: Wine tasting: complex nose where fruity, smoky, grilled and spicy aromas mingle throughout the years. The mouth is full and silky, full bodied and long, revealing the flattering woody
