GLOBAL ROAMER TRANSFER CASE SUMP Door Installation instructionsTransfer Case Deep Sump for Defender The GLOBAL ROAMER DS COV transfer case cooler replaces the flimsy aluminium cover on the bottom of the 230 transfer case with a heavy duty finned sump that increases oil capacity and aids in cooling the entire drive train. The DS COV has a pre machined port (3 8 NPT female) to accept the sending bulb on the temperature gauge. It is supplied with a replacement gasket, and a 3 8 NPT plug in the port. This cover fits
