Domaine Drouhin Cuvee Louise Pinot Noir Oregon - 2004 (750ml) Zweigelt Taking cues from the unparalleledBright ruby red. Expressive, floral accented aromas of candied raspberry, cherry cola, five spice powder and herbs. Juicy and broad on entry, then tighter in the middle, offering energetic red and dark berry flavors that turn spicier on the back half. Finishes sappy and very long, leaving cola and cherry notes behind. Seems a bit primary now but I suspect that this will be drinking well by its fifth birthday. Josh Raynolds Vinous 92 points
