Encalmo Rondel by Fritz Glass Type_Ornament They are 0Rondels, or sun catchers, are a fabulous addition to windows. Our classic sun catchers, now in a striking dual pattern encalmo. Handmade by Fritz Lauenstein of Fritz Glass in Dennis Port, Massachusetts. Measures approximately 9" in diameter and 1 8" thick. Because this item is handmade, it will vary slightly from the image shown. Fritz Lauenstein started blowing glass in 1974 at Gould Academy in Bethel, Maine. He then attended Goddard College in
