Anima Mundi "Cantallops" Type_Rose 50% Pinot NoirGrapes: Xarel lo Region: Penedes, Spain Vintage: 2024 Viticulture: Biodynamic Soils: Calcareous soils with alluvial pebbles Yeasts: Native Vinification: The grapes were harvested by hand, destemmed and direct pressed into 70% neutral 500L French oak barrels and 30% concrete tanks . The juice fermented and aged on fine lees for 8 months before being bottled without fining, filtration or added SO2. Aging: 8 months in vessels, then 24 months in bottle
