Villota Selvanevada Rioja Alavesa, 750ML, Spain, 2023 Olaszrizling bold cheesesThis is an expressive, medium bodied red has a core of black plum, raspberry, and dark cherry. It offers savory nuances, herbal undertones, and a fresh, mineral finish. The Tempranillo dominant blend also includes Graciano, Garnacha & Mazuelo. Fermented with native yeast, it is then aged in used French oak for 7 months.
