These are made by the Bena Bena people of the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea

There are no cracks or breaks in the egg

There is only one hole in the bottom of the egg through which the contents must have been removed and this was roughly chipped out as can be seen from the photo

This is a breed of dog that is rarely seen outside the Czech republic and was very popular among the Royal households of Central Europe. This was a very old male dog and as you can see from the photographs, it was missing some teeth, particularly in the top jaw. The skull measures 11cm long.
