All the new Cox Reels ship with the new stainless swivel, but if you have an older Cox Hand Crank Hose Reel or Cox Air Hose Reel with the brass swivel, you can get this to upgrade to stainless. If the rest of your setup is fully stainless, then this upgrade is a must have.
