"Cirque Forever" Black, Silver & Red Circus Carousel Wired Veil Hat accessories I am selling for theRed & silver glitter and silver "circus tent" inspired moulded hat base finished with silver hand moulded filigree, with a black wire frame decorated with silver hand moulded carousel horses. The hat is lined with satin underneath and attaches with adjustable hat elastic and a comb.
