Applied by stiff brush or gloved hand at normal ambient temperature. Does not dry, harden, or crack. Primarily used as a primer before applying Denso petrolatum tapes. Penetrates existing rust, displaces moisture, pacifies the surface, and aids in tape and mastic adhesion. Also utilized as a temporary coating for exposed metal.
