Atomic Turquoise™ - European Classic High Voltage® Hair Colour – 237 ml color safe not animals™Atomic Turquoise is a bright, neon, radiant aqua blue hair dye with green undertones. This color can add turquoise tones to virgin, unbleached hair, but looks brightest when hair is lightened to the lightest level 10 blonde. We recommend toning hair that has yellow tones before use to avoid undesired hues. For best results, we recommend pre lightening your hair using a Manic Panic Flash Lightning Hair Bleach Kit. Always follow the instructions
