L'Ecole No 41 Cabernet Sauvignon - 2018 (750ml) Corsica Dying for nuts and StiltonAll Cabernet brought up in 40% new French oak, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Walla Walla Valley is slightly more expensive than the larger production Columbia Valley release, but I think its a better wine in 2018. Beautiful cassis, tobacco, chocolate, and earth notes emerge on the nose, and its medium to full bodied, with a round, mouth filling texture, plenty of chewy tannins, and a great finish. It shows the pure, elegant style of the vintage nicely
