Shichida Junmai Ginjo Sake (720ml) Contra Costa County 93 points Patricio TapiaLimited product Junmai Ginjo with a flavour of white peach and a rich aftertaste to appreciate. The umami is unique to unfiltered sake, being more felt than in polished ones. Made with a combination of Yamada Nishiki and Saga no Hana rice polished to 55% (well into Daiginjo territory).
