Moving from American Bourbon to Spanish Oloroso Sherry, and finally Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks. Rich golden bronze. An enticing nose of blackcurrant, brown sugar, orange, plum and raisin. Fruit and syrup on the palate with hazelnut, hints of cinnamon, and lemon. A butterscotch sweetness adds to the overall complexity. A long fruity finish complemented by a touch of oaky sweetness.
