Our signature Lavender Salve has been healing dry hands since its inception years ago. It was originally created by Penny Rembe, the founder and owner of Los Poblanos Inn, as an intensive treatment to soothe hard working hands around the farm. Since then, the only thing thats changed are the number of ways weve discovered to use it.
