Waterproof red nylon on the outside with a blue cotton lining. Jacket pulls over head and fastens with zipper and snaps up to neck. Pouch pocket has flap with Mustang decal (faded on right side) and hidden zipper under flap. Raglan sleeves. Cased elastic waist hip band and cuffs.
