Dress waist was a bit too small for the form which cause the fit to be off slightly
Size reads "7aaa"
At some point someone altered it to make it smaller by taking it in at center back
Waist: 24"-26"
1940s Green Velvet Turban 50s_skirt Dress waist was a bit1940s hunter green velvet turban. Shirring on cap and at "fan" at center front. Grosgrain edging on cap and original label present, indicating a size 22. Will fit smaller and larger as well. Excellent vintage condition, no obvious flaws to note.
