80’s Evan Picone Tie Neck Blouse princess coats length - center back -Vintage 1980s 80s Evan Picone tie neck blouse. Button front. Navy blue with a red and white geometric pattern. Long sleeves with button cuffs. Please review photos. The tie on this blouse is not meant to tie in a bow but rather a tie or square knot. It is made unevenly.
