The label reads Lyne Borel 38 Avenue de L'opera Paris and she was clearly a couture trained seamstress. Of note, both Christian Dior and Pierre Balmain made ready to wear dresses using this fabric for their 1967 collections. We have attached a documented Balmain example from the same year.
