It has notch lapels, covered button front placket, welt pockets at sides. Self fabric belt (with long, narrow cords attached) can be used to cinch waist, and neat, semi concealed hook and clasp at shoulders can be used to turn long sleeve into shorter (half three quarter) sleeve if desired.
