I also love the cuffs on the sleeves and the two pockets on the front. The fabric is bright and colorful! The flower design is fun and playful! The dress doesn't have a tag anymore except half a tag that says to hand wash. The dress came from my neighbor's collection. Her daughter wore this in the 1970s as a mini dress. She stored it well for 50 years and now it has been
