The boned bustier top is made from pleated navy silk chiffon with a cut out at the front and back. A navy silk chiffon sash sewn to the back of the bustier wraps around the neck and snaps into place. The full skirt is comprised of three layers: one tulle, one navy silk organza, and a pleated tartan silk organza overlay. Each layer has a red ribbon
