40s Ruffled Hem Navy Blue Rayon Draped Dress vintage race shirt ☽ Small pleats in frontThis 1940s dress in navy blue rayon crepe features a fabulous ruffled hem, in two tiers of rayon moire taffeta. It has the elegant, lines of the late 1940s, including the longer length skirt of the post war era. The dress bodice has a high, V shaped neckline, three quarter length sleeves, and previously had medium sized shoulder pads (we still have one of them, which could be used to pattern new ones).
