1980s Polka Dot Ruffle Strap Black One-Piece Swimsuit clip on and a Talon zipper fasteningThis 1980s Bill Blass one piece swimsuit was union made in the USA of black 80% nylon 20% lycra spandex with polka dot polyester organdy stand up ruffle straps. It has a V neckline and a low scoop back. The elastics have lost some of their elasticity, especially at the underarms. They still appear to be functional but we have factored this into the price. It's otherwise in very good condition. Measurements: Bust 32" 38" Waist 22" 29" Torso 25" Best
